Only Telehealth appointments are available for booking at the moment.
Payment is deducted when booking through this system. Medicare rebate will be processed on your behalf upon your attendance of the appointment with a valid referral.
In case of cancellation or re-scheduling, this payment will be refunded according to our Cancellation Policy.
If you are a new client, you will be required to complete the Online Client Information and Consent Form. The form will be emailed to you in a separate email. The form will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. We recommend that you have a read through of the Client Consent and Information Form first before you fill in any other information. If the form is incomplete at your appointment time, you will be asked to complete it at the beginning of the session.
