Fees & Cancellation Policy｜付款及取消政策

We understand that therapy, assessment, and supervision are significant personal and financial investments, and we are committed to providing clear, transparent information about our fees and cancellation policies. This page outlines our standard fees, our definition of business hours/days, and what to expect if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Standard Fees

Therapy Services

Standard session (50 minutes): AUD $280
Extended session (75 minutes, e.g., EMDR reprocessing): AUD $420

Assessment Services
Assessment fees vary based on the type of assessment. Please refer to the Assessment page for the full fee structure.

Supervision & Consultation

Individual supervision (50 minutes): AUD $180 (plus 10% GST)
Group supervision: By quotation, depending on group size and duration

Medicare rebates of $141.85 per therapy session may apply with a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from a GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.

Business Days & Hours

For the purposes of our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and ACT public holidays.
Business hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST/AEDT).

For example:
If you have a 10 AM appointment on a Monday, notice of cancellation must be received by 10 AM the previous Thursday (at the latest) to avoid a fee.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

We reserve your appointment time just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for as much notice as possible so that we can offer that time to others who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations or Reschedules:

Within 24 business hours: Full session fee will be charged.
Within 48 business hours: 50% of the session fee will be charged.

No-Show (non-attendance without notice, or arriving more than 20 minutes late):

100% of the session fee will be charged.

Important Notes:

Medicare does not provide rebates for missed or cancelled sessions.
All outstanding fees must be paid before any further appointments can be confirmed.
If you have a valid emergency (e.g., medical, family crisis) and can provide documentation, we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation. However, some fees may still apply due to costs associated with holding your reserved time.

Payment Terms

Fees are payable at the time of service via Halaxy (secure online payment), direct bank transfer or PayID. A 1.9% + $1.00 transaction fee may apply if paying via Halaxy.

Any outstanding fee will be processed on Halaxy by 5 PM on the day of service. If a valid payment method is not available, an invoice will be sent via email and must be paid within 3 business days.

How to cancel or reschedule?

For most appointments, you’ll find an ‘Appointment Link’ in your confirmation email. You can use this link to reschedule your session. If you’re unable to locate the link, simply email us to request a cancellation or reschedule. All requests will be recorded with a time stamp.

If you’re unable to attend in person, you may wish to switch to an online or phone consultation to avoid a cancellation fee. Just email us at support@hscps.au, and we’ll send you a Telehealth link 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

若您持有有效的心理健康治療計劃（Mental Health Treatment Plan）與由家庭醫生、精神科醫生或兒科醫生提供的轉介信，每次治療可申請 Medicare 補助 $141.85。

營業日與營業時間

依據我們的取消與改期政策：

營業日為週一至週五，不包含週六、週日及澳洲首都特區（ACT）的公眾假期。
營業時間為上午 9:00 至下午 5:00（AEST/AEDT）。

舉例：
若您預約的是星期一上午 10:00，則最遲需於前一週四上午 10:00前提出取消通知，方可避免收費。

取消、更改與缺席政策

您的預約時間是為您保留的。如需取消或更改，請盡早通知我們，以便我們能將時段提供給其他等候中的個案。

臨時取消或更改預約：

少於 24 個營業小時通知： 將收取全額費用。
少於 48 個營業小時通知： 將收取 50% 費用。

缺席（未到而且無通知，或遲到超過 20 分鐘）：

將收取全額費用。

重要提示：

Medicare 不會補助已取消或缺席的療程。
所有未繳費用必須在下一次預約前結清。
若您因緊急情況（如醫療或家庭危機）無法出席，並提供適當證明，我們會盡力協助您，但仍可能需收部分費用以支付保留時間的成本。

付款方式

費用可於療程當日透過 Halaxy（安全線上付款）、銀行轉帳或 PayID 支付。若使用 Halaxy，將收取 1.9% + $1.00 的交易手續費。

如有未繳費用，Halaxy 將於療程當日下午 5:00 自動扣款。如無有效付款方式，將發送電子郵件帳單，須於三個營業日內完成付款。

如何取消或更改預約？

大多數預約確認信中都會附上【預約連結】（Appointment Link）。您可透過該連結重新安排預約。若找不到連結，請發電郵與我們聯繫以取消或更改預約。所有請求都將記錄時間戳記。

若您無法親身出席，也可選擇轉為線上或電話會談，以避免取消費用。請發電郵至 support@hscps.au，我們會於療程前 10–15 分鐘寄出視訊連結。
